免洗 -> 免丟 Disposable -> Reusable

「紅塑膠碗」、「梅花杯」、「龍鳳盤」等塑膠餐具，因為環保趨勢逐漸消失，但這些免洗器皿特別的外型和圖樣在台灣飲食文化記憶中佔有重要的一席之地。

安達窯與RE:LAB聯手合作，用陶瓷重現免洗餐具形狀，從免洗到免丟，期待它們重現在餐桌上，創造新的意義。

Red Plastic Bowls, Plum Blossom Cups, Dragon and Phoenix Plates, and other plastic tableware have gradually disappeared in light of environmental trends.

However, the unique shapes and patterns of disposable utensils have a significant place in the collective memory of Taiwan’s dining culture.

Anta Pottery collaborated with RE:LAB to recreate the shapes of disposable tableware using ceramics.

Transitioning from disposable to reusable, we anticipate their redefinition and return to dining tables.
 

使い捨て＞再利用可能

『赤いお椀』、『梅型コップ』、『龍鳳のお皿』などのプラスチック食器は、エコ意識の高まりから次第に姿を消していったものの、

台湾の食文化において歴史のあるアイテムであり、その特徴的な外観と模様は台湾の人々の記憶に深く刻まれています。

安達窯とRE:LABのコラボレーションプロジェクトでは、陶磁器で使い捨て食器を再現し、使い捨てから再利用可能なものへと変革させ、

それらが食卓に復活し、新たな意味を生み出す日を楽しみにしています。

所謂青瓷，是指以氧化鐵做發色劑，經由還原焰燒造而呈現青綠色、粉青色這種釉色的瓷器。

清透的質感，像薄冰美玉，給人優雅雍容的感受。

Celadon is a kind of ceramics made by using ferric oxide as chromophoric reagent and by reducing flame.

Such pottery is with jade green or pastel green glaze. It has clear and transparent quality, just like thin ice and beautiful jade, impressing people with the graceful and composed feeling.

青磁とは、酸化鉄を発色剤とし、火で焼いて還元させ青緑、淡い青の釉薬の色を出した磁器のことです。

透明感のある質感はみずみずしいヒスイのように、優雅な印象を与えます。
